This year’s festive buffets at Latest Recipe feature an expansive selection that blends beloved classics with inventive creations. Guests can look forward to highlights such as:
• Gravlax and Terrine selections such as Sardinian dill-cured salmon gravlax, herb-cured salmon gravlaxm dragon fruit-cured salmon and chicken with dried fruits terrine.• Noel-Compound Salad with prawn, mango and avocado salad, roasted pumpkin and quinoa salad, and cranberry camembert puffs.
• Festive Soup featuring traditional Christmas sweet corn soup or creamy pumpkin cilantro-pesto soup.
• Western Hot Dishes from braised turkey with cream cherry sauce, braised beef ribs with Rosemary-cranberry sauce to grilled chicken catalan with giblet sauce.
• International live-cooking stalls featuring ‘kampung’ chicken Chinese herbal soup and ‘assam laksa Utara’, roasted mortadella turkey with chestnut stung, duxelles beef wellington, ‘fish en papilotte’ baked whole salmon and herbs, mustard-mint marinated roasted lamb leg, maple honey mustard glazed lamb steak, herbs marinated chicken barbecue, eye of round beef toast and sage-fruity.
Early bird vouchers are available for all three buffets, offering specially priced access for guests who purchase by 22 December 2025 at RM148nett per person for Christmas Eve and Day and RM168nett per person on New Year’s Eve.. In addition, several festive buffet hihglights will also make an appearance in the hotel’s Weekend Dinner Buffet, held every Friday and Saturday throughout December at RM158 nett per person. Diners can enjoy selected Christmas favourites—including cold cuts, composed salads, seafood, Western specialties, hot Asian dishes, and festive desserts—on these special weekend nights.
